This Refund and Reimbursement Policy outlines the conditions under which clients may request a refund for legal services provided by Law Office Ivan Goncharov & Partners. By ordering services, the client agrees to the terms of this Policy.
2. Conditions for Refund
Refunds are only available under the following circumstances:
- The lawyer has not provided any consultation or legal service.
- The client cancels the consultation or service before it begins.
- Technical issues on the part of the law office prevented the service from being delivered.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Consultations that have already been provided.
- Document preparation and analysis once work has begun.
- Court representation and other procedural actions.
4. Refund Procedure
To initiate a refund request, the client must:
- Submit a request via email, providing the order number, payment date, and reason for the refund.
- Wait for the request to be reviewed within 10 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction within 7 business days.
5. Responsibilities and Special Conditions
- If the client cancels the consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, they are entitled to a full refund.
- If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the consultation, a partial refund of up to 50% may be granted.
- If the client does not attend the consultation without prior notice, the payment will not be refunded.
6. Changes to the Policy
The lawyer reserves the right to amend or update this Policy without prior notice. The latest version of the Policy will always be available on the official website.
