Case Review + 30-Minute Call

79,00

A fast, focused 30-minute consultation with a licensed EU immigration lawyer.

Understand your legal position, your realistic options, and your next step — with a written summary afterwards.

Fast, clear, result-oriented legal consultation — 30 minutes
Facing a visa refusal, an entry ban, deportation, or a residence-permit delay, and need direction now? Thirty minutes with a lawyer who handles immigration cases across the EU and Schengen every day is enough to get oriented and avoid months spent on the wrong path.
This session is built around real solutions, not theory: your actual legal position, the outcomes that are realistic in your situation, and a clear first step you can act on straight away.

This format is right for you if
You have one or two concrete questions and want clear direction, not a full case study.
You want to know whether there’s a realistic prospect before committing to a larger service.
You need to understand which authority to approach and what deadlines apply to you.
You’re not sure which format of help you need and want to find out.
Another format may suit you better if
Your case is document-heavy or complex — a 60-minute session with a written opinion fits better.
You need a document in hand — choose a package that includes a written legal opinion.
You only need to check whether an entry ban exists — start with SIS Entry Ban Verification (€299).
You already want the appeal handled end-to-end — see the relevant appeal or SIS-correction service.
What’s included
Everything in this session is geared to giving you clarity and a usable next step within the time.
A focused review of your situation from the summary and any documents you send in advance.
Clear answers to your key questions, in plain language.
An honest read on whether there’s a realistic prospect, which authority is involved, and what deadlines apply.
A recommended format for any further work, only if it’s actually needed.
A short written summary of the findings and next steps after the call.
What’s not included
This is a focused consultation, not full case handling. The following are separate services:
In-depth study of a large volume of documents.
Drafting of documents, applications, or appeals.
An official lawyer’s request to authorities in the EU or nationally.
Representation before authorities or in court.
If any of these turns out to be necessary, the lawyer will name the right format and its cost during the call.
How it works
You order the service on this page.
You receive a payment link by email once the order is placed.
You describe your question in reply to that email, in a few sentences, and attach any key document.
We agree a time — working days, 10:00–17:00 (GMT+3).
We speak by video or phone for up to 30 minutes, and you receive a written summary afterwards.
What to send in advance
Your question, put in one or two sentences.
The key document, if you have one — the authority’s decision or refusal.
The date you received that decision, if deadlines may be involved.
The more precisely your question is framed, the more we can cover in 30 minutes.
Frequently asked
How does payment work? After you place the order you’ll receive available payment methods by email. You don’t need to be in any particular country — the consultation is fully remote.
Is a written opinion included?A short written summary of the call is included. If you need a full written legal opinion, risk assessment, and action plan as a standalone document, choose the 60-minute session with a written opinion or the email opinion service.
What if 30 minutes isn’t enough? The format is built for one or two concrete questions. If it becomes clear at the start that your situation is broader, the lawyer will say so directly and recommend the right format — so you don’t pay for an analysis that can’t be done properly in this time.
Can I reschedule?Yes. Let us know in advance and we’ll agree another time at no extra charge.
Which language is the consultation in?English, Ukrainian, or Russian — whichever suits you.
Is my enquiry confidential?Yes. Information received from a client is protected by lawyer–client privilege from the first contact, even before a contract is signed.
An honest note. No lawyer can guarantee an authority’s decision, and any promise of a “100% result” is a warning sign. What you get here is a straight, professional assessment of your real position — so your next step is an informed one.
